1. What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our items we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your order, please message us and we will try to make it right.
2. Can I make a custom order?
Yes! Please message us to see if we can help design your custom order.
3. Will my charms tarnish?
We often use gold/rose gold/silver plated charms OR stainless steel charms. Gold/Silver plated charms will not tarnish if taken care of properly. Do not expose them to large amounts of water, chemicals (pools, hairspray, etc.) and clean and polish your items when not wearing. Stainless steel charms do not tarnish but it is important to clean and polish your charms.
4. What are order timelines?
Some items are “ready-made” and are available for pick-up or shipping within 1-3 business days. Custom orders can take 2-3 weeks, depending on the nature of the order. If you require items sooner, please contact us to inquire if we are able to accommodate your timelines.
5. Can you help with sizing?
6” – fits size 4-6
6.25” – fits size 7-10
6.5” – fits size 11-13
Adult Sizes (Women and Men):
Women's bracelets are made to 7" and Men's to 7.75". It is recommended that you use a string to measure your wrist size and send us a message if you require a different size
